Throne of Glass
I really enjoyed this book. My reason for the four stars was at points the book did drag. It only dragged sometimes but most times i was very captured in the world.
I liked how the world was represented to the audience. I like the mix of magic and the battle and how both elements effected each other. I also liked the triangle maybe square that is developing in the book and hope to see more of it in future books.
I love Celaena and her take charge personality but i do like how she is not all tough. I really did like her relationship with the princess and how tried how she might she could not be an island with these people and develop no relationships. I like how how both physically and mentally you saw such a change in this character. In most books and series they tend to focus on the mental changes but here the physical changes were also on display. I really enjoyed that a lot in this book.
i like the lack of past we were given and I also wonder how much magic will become present in future book and how that will effect everything. I also am curious to see how her new role will affect all her relationships. I think the next book will be even better and hope to get to read it now.
I really do like both men in this book but I am growing to love the prince more and more but Chaol is strong as well!
