My Thoughts:
This story came to an end in such a pretty way and the writing is still so well crafted and that has largely thanks to how Alex crafted the story. I really loved the new characters that we met and also the impact that they had on the main leads. The story had a super complicated plot and that is why I will be re-reading this book in the future. The book being so long, did drag at points but the mostly due to the complicated plot. I think re-reads will help with this issue. I loved the impact of the unexpected groupings had on the story growth and the focus on friendship and less on romance. I also loved all the time periods we visited and the insight we got on the character of rose. It was a very nice conclusion for this series.
